User Preferences

You can adjust your user preferences, such as your self check-in reminder schedule or which notifications to receive and how.

From your plan, click on your hyperlinked name in the upper-left.

You can also get to your team member screen from the main menu; hover over your name and select Team Member. Then open the User Preference tab.

Plan Preferences

You can adjust several rules to accommodate your planning process. Managers will likely set these options for team members, but team members can make adjustments. Be sure to discuss any changes with your team leader.

NOTE:

Managers, you can set your entire teams' plan rules/preferences from your department's development plan. See Team Development Plan for more details.

Notification Preferences

You can adjust which message types you would like to receive in LeadFirst by subscribing/unsubscribing. When subscribed, you can also select if you want to receive messages via email or text.

Note:

To receive text messages, make sure your phone number is added to your Team Member screen.
