Respond to Messages from Email or Text
You can respond to LeadFirst messages from your email and text messages.
To do so, you will first need to set your user preferences to receive emails and text for specific message types. To open User Preferences, first open your plan > and click on your hyperlinked name in the upper-left > then open the User Preference tab.
At the bottom of the screen, you can select which message types you would like to receive via email and text. You must first be subscribed to the message type. Also, not all messages can be received via text.
When you receive a message via email or text, you can click on the link in the email/text to open the app. You will not be required to log in.
Note:
If you begin receiving too many messages, be sure to return to your user preference screen to adjust which message types you receive. You can quickly open User Preferences from any email.
