My Purpose
Principles: Learn the WHY behind My Purpose...video coming.
This screen will guide you through a series of questions to help you define your life's purpose. It might not be as simple as it seems.
We all have a single life on this planet, and our choices shape it. Yet, we often overlook taking the time to explore what we truly want. Who are we? What do we aspire to achieve? Why are we here?

Access/Security:
Individual contributors are the only ones who can edit their purpose. They have the option to keep the purpose statement public or private. If it is private, no other user can view or edit it. Anyone can view but not edit the user's purpose statement if it is left public.
How to Sign the Purpose Statement
When you view the purpose statement form, both you (the team member) and your manager will have the opportunity to mark or sign it. This process works similarly to the Win-Win Covenant, where both parties need to acknowledge and sign their respective sections.
Signing the Purpose Statement:
- You can only check your own checkbox. If you're an employee, you'll be able to check the employee checkbox. If you're a manager, you'll be able to check the manager checkbox.
Note: Only you can sign your line, and only your manager can sign their line. This ensures clarity and responsibility for both parties.
Printing or Saving as PDF:
When you choose to print the form or save it as a PDF, the signed purpose statement will appear in the final document. Both your signature and your manager’s will be included, making the form official.
