- Gray cards are inactive or have been turned off
Filter
- The filter is located at the upper left of your snapshot.
- You can choose to display only active cards (those in green, yellow, or red) or show all cards, including inactive ones (Gray).
Navigating
Each card links you to important information about the team member. Click on the title of the card to open it.
Turning on/off a snapshot
Some snapshots are disabled (gray) until the system setting for that area is turned on. For example, one-on-one meetings is disabled until a one-on-one meeting with the team member is set up.
For others, the snapshot can be turned on and off without affecting underlying system settings. This grays out the card for the snapshot view.
