Annual Reviews
Annual Reviews help your managers and your team members step back, consider how far they have come in the last year, and plan for the future. The primary objective of the annual review process is to help team members develop personally and professionally. Reviews include:
- Review quarterly check-in results
- Manager scores team members' top responsibilities for the year
- Manager scores team member's leadership skills
- An optional multi-rater survey can be sent to other team members for a 360-degree view of the team member's performance
- Customizable weighting so managers can highlight what is most important
