Score Leadership Skill Results for Annual Reviews (Manager)

The Leadership screen of the Annual Review process lists the leadership skills your organization selected for each team member to receive feedback on. Here you can rate how well your team member exhibits each particular skill and provide specific feedback.
To enter results:
  1. On the first item, click the blue Result button
  2. We provide a brief Description of the leadership skill. If you would like to learn more about this skill and tips on how to rate it, you can go back to the main Leadership screen and click Learn more for any of the skills.

Note:

Your organization can modify this list of skills. If they added a custom skill, there will not be a Learn more link.
  1. For the Result dropdown, select the option that best describes how well the team member exhibits the skill. When rating soft skills as a manager, consider “meeting your expectations” as the baseline (i.e. Met) to adjust a team member’s score up or down from.
  2. In the Team Leader Comment box, provide any additional feedback. These comments are likely the most important and helpful aspect of the annual review process.
  3. Continue the process until you have entered results for all the leadership skills.
