Score Goal and Project Results for Annual Reviews (Manager)
The Results screen of the Annual Review process lists the goals and projects you selected to review for your team member. Here you can set the weighting of each goal/project, rate performance, and provide feedback to your team member.
To enter results:
- On the first item, click the blue Result button
- Set the weight of the item. Use weighting to emphasize the performance elements you consider most important. All the items in a single section (i.e. Goals) must add up to 100%. The system will automatically evenly distribute the weighting across all the goals or projects in their respective sections. If you consider a goal or project more important than others, adjust its Weight higher.
Note:
If you adjust the weight of one goal or project, you will need to adjust the weight of the others so the Total Weight for the section adds up to 100%.
- For the Result dropdown, select the option that best describes how well the team member delivered on the goal’s measure/target or the project’s outcome.
- In the Team Leader Comment box, provide any additional feedback. This is likely the most important and helpful aspect of the annual review process.
- Continue the process until you have entered results for all the team member's goals and projects.
