How to Start Annual Reviews (Manager)
To conduct annual reviews, your HR manager will need to set up an Annual Review Campaign. Once that campaign is live, you will receive an "Annual Review Kickoff" message with key dates for the process. You can start your review process anytime after receiving that message.
Start an annual review.
- Open your Annual Review List: Main three-bar menu > Leadership Development > Annual Reviews > Annual Review List
- You should see all the annual reviews for your direct reports grouped by year. Be sure to complete the correct year.
- Open a team member's annual review: three-dot row menu > Overview
- In the team member's Annual Review Overview screen, you will see all the required steps to complete the review and their due dates.
- Click on the name of the first step to begin. It is likely "Team Member Assessment."

Each team member has their own Annual Review Overview screen. To access other team members' annual reviews, return to the Annual Review List.
