Confirm and Complete the Annual Review (Team Member)

To complete the annual review process, team members need to confirm they met with their manager and reviewed their results. After having your 1:1 Annual Review Meeting with your manager, here is what you need to do

1. Find and open your annual review. Once you manager completed the meeting, the system should have sent you a message. Go to my message via the bell icon in the upper-right > find the message "Annual Review - Team Member Assessment is Available" > and open the message by clicking on the hyperlink.

You are now in the annual review overview screen. Open 1:1 Meeting and Complete Review.

You can also get to all your team members' annual reviews from the main three-bar menu in the upper left > open Leadership Development > then Annual Reviews > and select Annual Review List.

2. Add your comments. After meeting with your manager, you may have some thoughts about your scores or about the review process in general. This is your opportunity to add your comments about your score, the feedback you received, or the review process in general. Only your manager (and their bosses) and HR will see these comments. Go to step 3 Summary > scroll down to the bottom until you find Team Member Comments > add  comments > click Next.

3. Confirm and complete the review. If you did in fact meet with your manager and together reviewed your annual review results, check the confirmation box  > and click Complete.
