Complete the Team Member Assessment for Annual Reviews (Manager)
The final step in the Team Member Assessment portion of annual reviews is to formally complete it.
Human Resource Review. If your organization has enabled the Human Resource Review option, then your Human Resource representative must approve the review. While on the Complete step, the system will automatically prepare a message to your HR rep; you only need to click the Complete button at the bottom to send the message.
After approval, you will receive a message that you can now conduct the 1:1 meeting. Once you complete the meeting, the system will make the results visible to the team member.
Option to make the results visible. If you organization does not have an Human Resource Review process in place, then you, as the manager, have the option to the results visible. If selected, the team member will immediately have access to their results. If unselected, the team member will only gain access after completing the annual review meeting with their manager.
When you are ready to complete the review, click Complete.
