Win-Win Covenant
It's easy to put a signature on a document like this, but it's not always easy to have a genuine conversation about our commitment to each other. Let's take a moment to discuss this and ensure we're on the same page.
For some of us, this might be a formality that confirms what's already in place. For others, it could mean delving deeper into our relationship and mutual commitment.
Honesty is key. If either of us isn't ready to sign, that's perfectly okay. Let's reflect on why and what it would take to feel comfortable doing so.

Signing the Win-Win Covenant Statement:
- You can only check your own checkbox. If you're an employee, you'll be able to check the employee checkbox. If you're a manager, you'll be able to check the manager checkbox.
Note: Only you can sign your line, and only your manager can sign their line. This ensures clarity and responsibility for both parties.
Printing or Saving as PDF:
When you choose to print the form or save it as a PDF, the signed purpose statement will appear in the final document. Both your signature and your manager’s will be included, making the form official.
